项目位于海门市，作为我国非物质文化遗产保护的重点地区之一，这里有丰富的传统美术和传统手工技艺等一大批非遗项目，设计提取传统文化元素，运用到建筑立面打造，形成独树一帜、具有鲜明地域特色的建筑风格。

设计愿景旨在打造一个以产业集聚效应为载体，融合创新、时尚元素，并实现生态、科技杂集的办公园区。打造优势互补、资源共享、特色鲜明的企业集群，推动办公基础高级化、办公现代化多样功能业态的混合与立体化，形成富有吸引力的集聚效应，展示现代化高品质办公园区高端为城市提供绿色、开放、宜人的公共生活空间。

运用运河水波形态提炼出建筑的层次感。办公建筑以中国“尊”为原型，修整边角，使得整个体块下实上收，彰显国之重器稳重大气的形象。平面体块的细分及垂直纬度上形体的收分，加强了建筑修长挺拔的动势，表现出破土而出，节节生长的 生命力。

住宅建筑以竹枝为骨，将主轴细分，形成中空外实的主轴细分体块。以主轴为中心，两翼添加阳台 形成轻挑层次，取义枝繁茂盛。添加挑出楼板，提取竹子的竹节肌理，形成错落有致的立面形象。

The project is located in Haimen city, which is one of the key areas of China's intangible cultural heritage protection. There are a large number of intangible cultural heritage projects such as rich traditional art and traditional manual skills. The design extracts traditional cultural elements and applies them to building facelevations to form a unique architectural style with distinct regional characteristics.

Using the canal wave form to extract the architectural hierarchy. The office building is based on the Chinese "zun" as the prototype, trimming the edges and corners, making the whole block up and down, showing the image of the country's heavy apparatus stable atmosphere. The subdivision of the plane block and the formation in the vertical latitude strengthen the building's slender and straight dynamic force, showing the vitality of breaking out of the ground and growing successively.

Residential buildings take bamboo branches as bones and subdivide the main shaft to form a fine divided volume with hollow outer solid. With the main axis as the center, the two wings add balconies to form a light pick level, take righteousness branches luxuriant sheng. Add out the floor slab and extract the bamboo jointed texture to form a well-proportioned facade image.
